Information you give us
When you submit an assessment or information request, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone (optional), company or property, role, market, and your message. We use this solely to respond to and manage your inquiry. Submissions are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Information collected automatically
Essential operation. Our web server records standard request logs for security and reliability. Form submissions store a one-way hash (not the raw address) of the submitting IP for abuse prevention.
Analytics, consent required. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 loads only after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics code runs and no analytics cookies are set. Essential site functionality never depends on cookies.
Your choices and rights
- Consent control. Change or withdraw analytics consent at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the site footer.
- Access & deletion. You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- GDPR. For visitors in the EEA/UK, we process personal data on the bases of consent (analytics) and legitimate interest/contract (responding to your requests). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data security & transfers
The site is served over HTTPS. Lead data is accessible only to GDS personnel who handle inquiries. If analytics are enabled with your consent, Google may process data in the United States under its standard safeguards.
